ANA's new first class amenity kit comes in a tiny Samsonite bag

Japan's ANA airline is upgrading its first class amenity kit to a miniature version of Samsonite luggage.
The tiny bag is a Mini-Me version of Samsonite's Cosmolite bag and will be issued in four different colours.
The unisex amenity kit will contain the usual assortment of quality skincare and inflight comfort products, but let's be honest – it's the cool bags themselves which every traveller will care most about.
Branded with the ANA logo on one side and Samsonite on the other, the kit's hard-case shell will lend itself to many 'post-flight' uses ranging from a bespoke DIY amenity kit for future travels to a handy gadget bag for USB cables and what-not.
Samsonite is not the first luggage brand name to grace an airline amenity kit, with cute Rimowa and Tumi bags also being prized take-home items from ANA, Thai Airways, EVA Air and Lufthansa (Rimowa) and Delta and Malaysia Airlines (Tumi).

They look pretty cool.
I recall some articles a few months back stating that ANA were considering Austrailan flights. David I wonder if you've heard anything else about that, being as well connected as you are? ;)

We've heard naught else - if we had anything to report, we'd have reported it quicksmart, as I'd love to see ANA back here!

Yes me too, particularly as I assume they'd look for a VA partnership for a domestic feed. Fingers crossed!

TG in the past also handed out Tumi amenity kits in F, so they've done both, here's hoping they will go for Samsonite in the future too so that I can get the collection complete.
