Now open for business, Queensland's 4.5-star Best Western Plus Oceanside Kawana hotel is the Sunshine Coast’s first and only full service property specifically catering to corporate travellers, situated amidst the Oceanside Health Hub development.

With 81 rooms ranging from standard kings through to executive suites, the hotel is a short distance from both the Sunshine Coast’s Public University Hospital and the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital for high flyers in the medical field.

All rooms feature impressively-sized 50-inch LED TVs, complimentary wireless Internet access, USB charging ports for smartphones and tablets plus coffee machines and bathrobes in the executive rooms.

Guests also receive free parking and access to the hotel’s business centre, while the property’s Wildflower Restaurant & Bar serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner: extending out onto a timber deck with panoramic water views of Lake Kawana.

Adding to that, two flexible conference rooms which can open up to create one larger space for up to 120 guests with access to the same waterfront deck as in the Wildflower restaurant.

Room rates start from $149 per night, while guests with time to spare are also just 10 minutes away from the nearby beaches at Mooloolaba and Caloundra, and 20 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport for their journey home.
