Choice Hotels opens new Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth property

Perth-bound business travellers now have even more hotel options with the opening of the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth by Choice Hotels.
Found on Adelaide Terrace, the property offers 170 guestrooms, including ‘corporate’ rooms designed with the business traveller in mind…
… ‘premium deluxe’ rooms with a more refined look and feel…
… and executive suites with separate lounge and bedroom areas: perfect for meetings, longer stays or to simply stretch out.
Whichever you choose, all guests receive free wireless Internet access, in-room HDTVs loaded with Foxtel channels and a separate bath and shower – no ‘shubs’ to be found here:
Also on-site: a gymnasium, sauna, space for meetings and functions and Café 196 Restaurant and Bar for a caffeine hit, cocktail or meal.
Guests can also earn three Qantas or Virgin Australia Velocity frequent flyer points per dollar spent on eligible room rates, or can earn points in the Choices Privileges loyalty program and convert them into points with an airline of their choosing, or use those points to book their next stay.

Wait wait wait.... is this that very unattractive looking hotel on the Terrace?... They should really do something about the front, if it is! Not too appealing... compared to Frasers Suites down the road

Driving past the Ambassador recently I did see a new 'Quality Hotels' sign placarded on the pillar outside. By the looks of the above article they have spent a fair bit bringing it up to standard from the old days, however from the front it still looks quite gaudy.
