According to the VA website, you will have access to the Singapore Airlines lounge.

I flew from Perth to Bali on VA in business class (VA ticket, VA aircraft) on Wednesday (still in Bali now, sipping a Bintang :-) but it's back to work in Perth on Tuesday if the volcano will let me). Yes, you can use the Singapore Airlines lounge. In fact, you name will be on their "list". I quite liked having my name on a list at the door.
Hi thanks so much for replying tronek so are you in bali now and did you use the singapore lounge
Yes that's correct. I'm in Bali now and I used the Singapore lounge. In a few hours I will be leaving this amazing place and I will find out which lounge I can use for the return flight.
My fligh leaves at 7:30 and the sia lounge will be closed what can I do?
How do you know it will be closed? If you've only seen the opening times on the Singapore Airlines Silverkris web page, then it's incomplete. I was on VA4161 (18:00 on Sat-Tue) which isn't listed, but it was open.
If by 7:30 you mean 19:35, then you're also on VA4161 (but on Wed-Fri). If you mean 7:00, you're on VA4134 on Saturday, which is listed on the opening times, but as departing at 12:05. It's open well before 7am, but apparently only for a SQ flight.
My conclusion is that the opening times do not match the flights so it is probably outdated, but it was open for mine even though it wasn't on the list, so it will probably be open for yours. If it's important enough to change your flight, call the lounge for opening times and then change your flight if necessary. If it's not that important, ask at check-in which lounge you can use.
When leaving Bali you'll be given a invitation card at check-in which is for a generic lounge for all lounge eligable people for all airlines. It's a temporary structure walled off from the main terminal in what is effectively the waiting area of gate 4. The inside of the terminal is still under construction so it would appear that they haven't finished the individual airline lounges yet - or at least none that VA can use. It's not too bad for a temporary lounge - much better than the SIA temporary lounge in Sydney last year where the only food option at 6am was toast with individual packets of butter that had been left sitting in direct sunlight (ie: dry toast)
Have a great trip.
