The A330-300 have a lie flat bed, not fully flat bed.  Some A330-200 have a lie flat bed, however the likilihood is that you will get a standard seat with around 37 inches of pitch between seats.  Depending on on the type of 767-300 deployed on the route you get between 38 inches and 50 inches of pitch between seats.

The best inflight entertainment choices are on the A330-200.  Dependant on the type of 767-300, you will get no personal inflight entertainment on domestically configured 767's and the one's that are on the internationally configured have a personal inflight entertainment screen, however it not on demand, just on a loop.

Another benefit flying on the A330 either 200 or 300 series, they have upgraded the service as international flight attendants have been deployed on the SYD, MEL and BNE to PER routes. This means you get specially trained dedicated business flight attendants on that route.
