Flying into DFW on QF7 next Thursday and connecting on an AA flight to YVR from Terminal D. Can anybody recommend the best lounge option? I am SG and arriving in J and have around 3.5 hours in transit.

Only options are the Admirals lounges. They are much of a muchness.

If you have an appropriate Amex card, use the Centurion Lounge mate. It is the best lounge there - streets ahead of the Admirals. Otherwise, TRB is right.

Terminal D has the best lounge of AA even if departing from another terminal still recommended to use terminal D then connect via air-train.
