It means you booked a fare before 18Feb that was on one of the classes affected by the fare restructure (L + V classes). These initially post under the current structure (red-e-deal), but there is a subsequent adjustment to the structure at the time of the booking....

I flew QF730 on 27/6.
In "activity statement, it shows:
QF 730 DISCOUNT ECONOMY 27JUN15 ADELAIDE/SYDNEY
and a total 800 points and 10 status credit earned. (based on a silver FF).
This morning, the activity statement, it shows
ADJUSTED EARN-BOOKING MADE BEFORE 18FEB15
QF 730 DISCOUNT ECONOMY 27JUN15 ADELAIDE/SYDNEY
and a total 400 points and 10 status credit earned.
Would someone explain why would I earn the extra points and status credit this morning please?
