Travelling to Singapore on Finnair (operated by Qantas), 6 hour stopover and then continuing on Finnair to Helsinki. Can I use my Qantas Club membership for Q lounge access in Singapore?

If your ticket is with Finnair, then I don't think Q club membership will get you into lounges. The access policy states you must have a QF flight number on your ticket. I would expect that also means you don't get lounge access in SYD. Quite different if you have a QF ticket code sharing the Finnair flight or if you are QFF gold or better.

If you're on a Finnair ticket (ie AY code) no matter what plane youre flying, you won't be able to access the Qantas lounges unfortunately.
