Sorry, no idea how I posted a blank item, but here goes.... Was going to make a comment that I just flew Ipoh to Singapore on Malindo's new service. Everything is very good, except for one point to watch our for: you cannot increase your check-in baggage allowance after paying for the ticket. I tried online and it comes up as "Not available". I rang Malindo and was told I would have to go to the airport 6 hours before departure. IPH isn't open at 06:00! Only option was to pay a high rate at check in.

I would have thought that baggage is highly relevant to business travellers. I was only trying to pass on details of a problem that I encountered in the hope that it may save others the hassles I had.
Maybe I should comment that more and more the Q&A section of Ausbt is filled with grumpy and nasty responses. But that is not true because most contributors have an amazingly great attitude.
