Emirates are being tardy at updating me on my lost luggage status. (And by tardy, I mean they haven't at all.)


Any tips on escalating other than the standard passive-aggressive Facebook post? (https://www.facebook.com/Emirates/posts/1063290613780687)

Or any email addresses / phone numbers to follow-up on other than the 1300 766 116 listed on the website.
