You will have the SYD QFi F lounge access, as well as the EK lounge, you can do them both.
I am not sure of the departure times of the flight from SYD - DXB, but I did spend about half an hour in the SYD QFi F lounge, on my flight to CHC, and then also spent some time in the SYD EK J/F lounge.
Have also visited the MEL QFi F lounge which was very good too.
The EK lounge was better, but the SYD QFi F lounge was good too, imagine, grog as a drink to go with breakfast!
Save some stomach space for the bar on board the plane though.
I have got an AKL - MEL F flight with EK coming up next weekend, QF flight booking of course to earn max SC.
Oh, that is another point, who did you book with, QF or EK?
Your trip should earn you QF SG if you booked with QF.
Not sure about the chauffeur, as my trips were only to NZ, I didn't get the trip.
Edit:
If your booking was all on QF flight number, you will earn 840 QF SC on the trip, meaning you would be QF SG, maybe F benefits outlast SG this trip, but for the next year, your SG status if you continue to fly QF will hold you in good stead.
