How about QF-JAL via Tokyo to Seoul then CX via Hong Kong to LHR then QF back or even Finnair back via Helsinki and Sin onto QF may give you a few more
To keep the transitting to a minimal I would look at JAL. You will have to a NRT to ICN return leg and the head to LHR our of NRT and back to MEL via NRT. JAL dreamliner out of Melbourne should be a nice flight.
