I am an Emirates and Qantas FF member, does anyone know if economy seats can be purchased in advance using Emirates or Qantas points? If so do you require all the points, or is there a points plus pay option?
I know this is in the EK forum, but to clarify are you flying EK or QF?
I am flying all the way to London on QF metal via Singapore with QF flight numbers, then back to Melbourne on QF flight numbers, but on EK metal via Dubai. I managed to get advance seats on the QF website for the QF metal sectors using QF points, but it does not allow me to use points for the EK metal, how do I do that?
