Qantas - Complimentary lounge invites part of the website broken?

Hi All,


I have some complimentary lounge invitations I would like to give to a colleague for some of his upcoming travel. I have just logged in to my account to manage the invites. After hanging for a bit the website returns the same message, which is 'Something went wrong, please try again later'. Is anyone else having this problem? Im guessing it may have to do with changes to their software from the other day.

Plenty of features of the Qantas website are currently broken including points/status history, points transfers to QFF from Qantas Business Rewards, etc... if it's urgent perhaps give Qantas a call to see if they can do it manually, otherwise you may just need to try again later.

Okay, good to know it’s not just me! It’s not super urgent, but I wanted to sort it out while I remembered. Hopefully QF sort out their software back end shorty.

Id recommend him printing out the confirmation when attaching to the booking.

I have transferred two passes in the last fortnight, both attached and the lounge staff could not find anything on their system when the person checked in and attempted entry.
