Who cares? Everybody knows that Skytrax awards have no real credibility, given the airlines pay Skytrax for service consulting and then Skytrax "rates" the services of the airline. Case in point: Lufthansa was recently awarded Skytrax 5 stars, yet the majority of the airline's business class seats aren't 1-2-1, short-haul business class is just an economy seat with a spare seat next to you, and so on. Skytrax has about as much credibility as the state-run media in North Korea, LOL!

Air New Zealand has just picked up the best Premium Economy award from the 2018 Skytrax World Airline Awards.
Also was ranked 17th in the 2018 Worlds Top 100 Airlines up from 19th last year.
Well done to the Air NZ team - punching above your weight yet again!
