Qantas Classic Rewards - Platinum Availability

I thought i was a genius, saw 4 business seats open up in a mates platinum account, moved my points there, but get the dreaded Error code: #15079-421.

Tried the booking, with the platinum as a passenger, it works.

So im assuming that the extra seats only the platinums see - can only be sat on by the platinums themselves.

Anyone seen this before?

Note that your mate needs to be an eligible family member for you to transfer points to them. If they're not and QF checks up on it they may terminate both your accounts.
