Will a classic rewards upgrade be more successful for a gold FF compared with bronze?

I'm gold, my missus bronze but she has enough FF points to put in for upgrades to PE for a Xmas trip to London from Perth for both of us. Would Qantas favour a gold FF bidding over a bronze, or is it a fair game?

Yes gold prioritised from silver or bronze. Another thing you can do is click on request upgrade for family member and you can do it. She can transfer you the points.
