QF are pretty strict with the F lounge, unlike the J lounge/QC I’ve never heard of anyone being let in due to delays, cancellations or overcrowding.
Some frequent flyer forums have a guesting section, where generous P,P1 or CL members offer to meet up in the airport and guest you in.
There are also F lounge invitations that get handed out (similar to the QC invites), so I’m sure theres a few exhorbitantly priced examples on eBay now that QF has moved to the electronic system.
Dont think that you will have much chance. Boarding pass is scanned on entry rather than a glance and wave through. Even as a guest, you should be on the same flight as the host.
