Forgot to shazam a song I heard while boarding a qantas a380 flight in December last year. Does anyone know if Qantas still release their playlist etc and where I can find it? I know they used to upload their boarding music playlists on spotify but it looks like they've stopped doing that.
Totally agree - London coffee guy is awful. The whole video is cringeworthy and annoying.
What is with the whole bizarre interpretive-dance style video anyway? Aren't the people demonstrating the actions required in an emergency so everyone - even those who don't speak english know what to do??? How does a guy putting a tub of oysters under a bench on a fishing boat convey that bags need to be placed under the seat in front of you...? (or is the oysters under the bench the previous video) *sigh*
No idea, but if they could update the pre-flight safety demonstration I would be forever grateful. That guy getting coffee in London is the worst!!

I can confirm that nothing, not even priority boarding or inflight dining, triggers today's regular Qantas flyer quite like this particular part of the 2018 safety video. I need only utter the two words, "Heeeyyyy Beeccc," to get a violent reaction.
I literally require it to be a parody of the previous ones.
This is why I don't bother streaming/using the Qantas provided entertainment and use my own tablet loaded with Netflix. So I can skip the stupid safety video.
I've still seen the video enough times to physically cringe when I hear the "Heeey Bec" and I can hear the Qantas music in the background when I simply read it...

Agreed - such a painful start to each flight - but at least AirNZ had the good sense to pull it early. Would be nice if Qantas extended us the same courtesy . . .

Talking about safety videos, when is VA going to change theirs!?
Just when to are trying to settle down and relax, the last thing you want to hear is a roaring v8, the screeching of tyres, and people yelling.
It also goes for about 5 minutes too long.

Can't be worse than BA's comedy relief. It's paced so slowly, and just keeps going. And going. And going. It's 6:30 in length.
