It's the same in many other VA leisure destinations including Port Vila (Vanuatu), where VA doesn't pay for access to the local airport lounge, but it can be used with Priority Pass.
As Chris said there isno VA Lounge in NAN. You can also pay at the door if you dont have priority pass. Dont expect a view from the lounge though as it is on the ground floor and blocked out by heavy curtains

Nope, no lounge access (same if you're flying business class).
