Singling out any one group is divisive no matter which group and can even be seen as reverse discrimination by some. The sooner we behave like we are all Australians, the better.

Isnt it possible to go anywhere in Australia these days without somebody shoving their politically correct view of the world down your throat?

Qantas would be far better to teach their cabin staff politeness, how to smile and how to good cabin service rather than try and inflict their view of the world on others.

That for me is the last straw with Qantas

Mrs/Miss/Ms Tully has it all wrong. "... acknowledging the traditional owners of the land" if that is what she originally said. Traditional people in Australia NEVER owned land. All the hundreds of groups/mobs/clans/tribes/etc were CUSTODIANS of land. Saying they "owned" it is a gross insult and exhibits total ignorance of the situation (or, if you must, 'history'). This woke thing has gone too far.

Meanwhile, refunds are still not paid before 90+ days. Telephone wait times get worse and worse, +2hrs for this Gold member last week. The Cape Town call centre is less than useless with operators unable to understand or action anything but the most elementary issue. QFF operators continue to hang up during calls. QFF operators continue to promise call backs that of course never happen.

But we have plenty of time and resources to continue the woke agenda.

Joyce knows he has no competition and many are beholden to the QFF program - that's what makes his service regime even more reprehensible .......

many airlines might never ever refund. Does qantas have any +ve cash flow ? Why would you get on phone ? Email them.

don't think there is anything at all special about flying with Qantas. Would much rather fly one of the other flag carriers, Virgin or Rex & can't wait to fly Bonza.

Internationally, there are much better airlines than Qantas & often they are much cheaper & can upgrade much more easily.
