Five million Qantas frequent flyer points up for grabs with AMEX

American Express cardholders can win a share of five million frequent flyer points when booking a Qantas flight through to November 6, 2014.
It’s as simple as answering the question "What would you do with 250,000 Qantas Points?" in 100 characters or less and then using your American Express card to purchase the ticket.
Better yet, there’s no limit to the number of times that you can enter the competition or the number of separate AMEX cards that you can register – although you’re capped at winning only one prize from each credit card.
The competition is open to cardholders of AMEX cards issued directly by American Express Australia such as the Qantas Discovery card, the Qantas Ultimate card and the Platinum Edge card, although government and corporate cards and those attached to AMEX Business Travel accounts aren’t eligible for entry.
Jetsetters with AMEX credit cards issued by the Big Four – including CBA Diamond Awards, NAB’s Qantas Rewards, Westpac Earth Black and ANZ Frequent Flyer Black – are also welcome to enter.
Each week for four weeks, five flourishing linguists will be chosen to win 250,000 Qantas Points each, totalling five million over the coming month.
To enter the draw, head to the American Express website and get creative! Just remember that Qantas Frequent Flyer award flight bookings and gift voucher purchases won't get you an entry.
