Pan Pacific Perth hotel refurbishes business meeting convention level

Perth's Pan Pacific Hotel -- which many business travellers may remember as the Sheraton Perth -- has just completed a $4.5 million renovation of its meeting, business and conference facilities.

The hotel's refurbished convention level is a huge 2,120 square metres in size, with various configuration options and smaller rooms, allowing the hotel to serve meetings of between 8 and 700 attendees.

The renovated meeting rooms feature integrated sound systems, HD projectors, and Wi-Fi access.

The Pan Pacific Perth is located on Adelaide Terrace, next to the Swan River, and has 486 guest rooms and suites.

An outdoor pool and 24-hour access fitness centre let business travellers work off some steam, while a day spa will help to wind down after a day's work.

Singapore-based Pan Pacific took over the hotel from Sheraton in January this year, making it the debut Pan Pacific hotel in Australia.

Pan Pacific hotels can also be found in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, the USA, Canada and Bangladesh. Parkroyal hotels are part of the Pan Pacific group.
