Qatar Airways goes double daily on Doha-Manchester flights

Qatar Airways is ramping up its non-stop flights between Doha and Manchester, with the route to go double daily from February 16 next year.

Adding to the already-daily QR23/24 services and the three-times-weekly QR21/22 runs, QR25/26 fill the gaps on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – boosting Manchester flights to 14 times per week.

Wheels-up at 1:10pm in Doha, QR25 touches down in the English city at 6pm, while QR26 leaves the gate at 7:30pm for a 5:25am return into Qatar’s Doha hub the following morning.

The flights are operated by an Airbus A330-200 aircraft with 24 lie-flat beds in business class and an economy cabin configured in a 2-4-2 layout – the same as you’ll find on Qantas’ Airbus A330s that zip across to Perth also to destinations across Asia including both Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn points and status credits on Qatar Airways flights from Melbourne and Perth to Doha and beyond through the airlines’ mutual partnership in the global Oneworld airline alliance.
