Season's greetings and safe travels from Australian Business Traveller

Australian Business Traveller will be running on a reduced schedule over the next fortnight (that's 'two weeks', for our visitors from America).
After publishing some 1,500 stories throughout the year, a little bit of well-earned downtime is on the agenda... along with working on a long-awaited redesign of AusBT which will include some Pretty Cool Stuff.
We'll still be on deck to cover any news that can't wait, or stories which we think are too good not to share. We'll also be highlighting some of our most popular stories from the past year.
But all in all, it's going to be a bit quieter here at AusBT through to January 6th, 2014.
So for now, we wish all our readers the very best of the season, and may you enjoy safe and happy travels over Christmas and the New Year.

Thank you AusBT for keeping on top of all the news and 'inside information' this year.
I first discovered your site not long after you launched 3 years ago and did an amazing job of covering Virgin Blue's relaunch as Virgin Australia and its 'attack' on the business travel market, new lounges, A330 with decent seats to Perth, QF status match etc. Your reports helped convince me to give the 'new' Virgin a go and I've been very happy, shifted all my domestic travel across from QF. Still use QF and CX for trips to Asia and again your coverage has been superb in keeping me super-informed as a frequent flyer and busines traveller.
I hope you guys have a great break and I will be very keen to see the new website next year!

Yes your team needs a break and well done, your reporting is so on the ball, I find if its happening then most times its on here 1st. I've becom an advid follower of AusBT checking in every day or so to see the latest airline news
