Sofitel Brisbane joins Le Club Accorhotels: earn triple points

The Sofitel Brisbane Central hotel is already popular with business travellers but could become more so now that the hotel has finally joined up to the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty scheme.

Even better is that for the next few months you can earn triple points on your stay, if you book via the Accor website or the chain's call centres by August 31 2014 for a stay through to September 30.

Also added to the program and paying out triple points are the Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach and The Menzies Sydney hotels.

At all membership tiers, Le Club guests can now be assured that their various benefits – including room upgrades, free Internet and a welcome drink – will be honoured.

Taking the lead of the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, Platinum members sadly won’t enjoy access to the Sofitel Brisbane’s Executive Lounge, but can make use of the remaining applicable benefits.

Hotel lounge access for Platinum-grade travellers at other Sofitel and Accor hotels remains unaffected.

Throughout the Asia Pacific, Accor is also serving up double points on all stays until November 1, which means you'll still pick up extra points in Brisbane after the triple points promo winds up in September.
