I am a VAFF silver member, and have 3 complimentary silver tiered vouchers, am I able to use one voucher for myself and a second voucher to bring in a guest I'm traveling with?

I am only a VAFF silver member, however I've got 3 access pass to the Virgin Lounge. Am I able to use one on a guest I'm travelling with?Additionally, does anyone know what the status of the BNE domestic lounge is? Is it currently closed, if so, is there a rumoured date for reopening? I've search...
