I agree, my last 4 complimentary upgrades went unsused and looks like this lot will also. 5 calls to the plat line and I get the same "I'm really sorry there is nothing available, these complimentary upgrades come from the same pool as the business reward tickets so try back closer to your flight...

Rod, I don't think you'd find it quite as humorous if your wife/partner served you a "snack box" on a 4.5 hour "pretend" Brisbane to Perth flight 😀

The one I went to in Perth was open a week or so back, with the tap functional rather than the head taken off. All they need now is spirits on board, coat hanging service, and reinstate lounge entry on return. Hiding behind covid needs to finish

I sent them copies of both my Virgin Plat & Qantas Plat cards and about 6 or 7 days later received a "your all set to experience a touch of gold" maybe check your junk folder :)
