I've got an AMEX Explorer in my name, and my partner is a supplementary cardholder. Any idea whether my partner would be eligible for the bonus points if he applied? The terms and conditions talk about 'basic cardmember' and 'supplementary cardmember', but I guess they both qualify as cardmembers...
