It's stated in the S&P report that they calculate fleet age as per each carrier's measure of age....so they calculate age the way Qantas has.Additionally, lets not dress this mutton up as lamb. The 717 and 747 only make up 10% of the fleet.

Actually, it appears your comment is the not well informed one. Qantas excludes its regional aircraft from its fleet age calculation.
