I had the same issue until I rang up to check earlier today. I booked business class return fares from Brisbane to Paris on QF ticketed flights but didn't realise they were operated by Emirates. I specified to CTM they needed to be QF flights, but this didn't translate to QF "metal". Majorly pi$...
