I want to fly on Virgin Australia from Sydney to Brisbane, but I want to book it on one of their new 737-800s.

How can I tell which new plane is on a specific flight?

When making your booking click on the flight number listed. It will show the aircraft type operating that flight.

If you know someone that works in DJ flight operations, they can tell you, rego's for that flight are not  usually known till the last 24hrs. Best luck is to take lots of flights, and make sure you book a flight tht is operated by a -800, thats the best chance you have.

Oh, you meant BSI aircraft. Sorry! If you don't have any contacts at DJ you could always try the YSSY forums: http://yssyforum.net/board/forumdisplay.php?f=24 :)
