Anyone had any luck with contacting Covermore Travel Insurance ? Trying to call them to change a destination on my insurance and the hold times aren't great. Held for an hour and a half the other day with no luck and currently been on hold for 2hr today hoping to get through. Anyone had similar experience and whether you actually get through ?
First day called around midday. Got to first in the queue and then was cut off with no warning at 5.00pm. The next day I called a 9.00am and got through around 4.00pm. Ridiculous customer service.

Hi all,
