• Melbourne first lounge was superb today. String quartet playing carols and other favourites. 12 days of Xmas menu with special extras which although I didn’t try sounded good. I didn’t know about Grange and am only Platinum but enquired about the decanter and my wife and I both receiv...

  • My last QF9 and QF2 flights the business meal was much improved and even wine quality better. I was disappointed on my last Emirates trip as food and wine seems to have dropped a level from pre-COVID. Still a wider range of alcohol than others but not the stand out wine list they used to have. I ...

  • Just did Mel-Sing-Seoul return last week. Competely agree. Melb is getting the old 777's and the seat is a shocker. • Qantas advised they are not releasing award seats until flights are confirmed.

Flew SQ for first time in 20 years last week. Poor on lounges and general service and food and wine much better on QF but large SQ seat is attractive although i needed help to convert it to a bed and the angled sleeping is tricky and I don't have large feet.
