  • Don't like the sound of 30" pitch in economy. How lousy can Qantas get?  And I thought their previous reduction to a tight 31" economy standard across much of their fleet was miserable.

  • Yes, including special meal options for actual medical allergies would be nice.  Eg, no nuts, no gluten or no dairy options that you can pre-select on-line.

  • Yes PatriciaThere are quite a few dietary options on Qantas, mostly to cover religions, personal choices or beliefs, but almost nothing for medical conditions based on science. My daughter has nut alergies, but selecting that nuts alergies option has gone years ago. Very frustrating.

    Hi,Does anyone know the status of the long promised Qantas lounge updates in Auckland?I was there last November and nothing was started, and no sign of starting. I will be back there in early June, so hoping something has started.Has anything happened yet? It is hard to find any updates anywhere....

  • Double status credits should be fine as long as you registered for it before you booked.

  • I think this is when buying the cheapest return flight (10 SC each way) during the double status credits promotion (giving a total 40 SC) is worth it to maintain your Gold FF.
