After the recent maintenance on the velocity app it seems some of my status credits have been subtracted or have disappeared
I logged in to find that 10 credits had been subtracted from my account. It didn’t even show up in my activity history - I had 418 then all of a sudden I had 408. Strange.
Velocity status credits automatically disappear from your account 12 months after you earn them. Unlike qantas status credits where all of them disappear on your anniversary/renewal date. So if those 10 SC's you are missing were earned on a flight 12 months ago, that's why they have now gone.
