In Mel you can access the Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand or United Club J Lounges depending on the opening hours
In Lax and ORD you should be able to access the LAX and ORD Unitd Clubs thanks to the Mel-LAX flight being on a BusinessFirst cabin
In YVR and LAX you will be able to access the Air Canada Lounge and United club as your travel back to MEL is in BusinessFirst (Provided your onward BizFirst travel is within 24 Hours)

what about travel from Syd-Lax business class United? is there any lounge access in Syd?
