Given the rapid increase in the size of premium cabins, i am Curious to know how many people flying First and Business class internationally actually pay for their own ticket when flying internationally?
Who normally pays when you fly business or first class internationally?
Discounted business... Have found flights for A$2k return with Virgins partners to get 400 of the 800 status credits needed each year for platinum with the rest made up mostly with flybuys and domestic fares.

Presumably you mean when trips are taken for business purposes ... (not leisure purposes)
