Attempted to book united flight through velocity within the US today. Had points and money taken but no ticket issued. When I rang through to velocity they informed me they’re still ironing out lots of bugs. Couldn’t tell me when I should try again. Just a heads up to save you some anguish +/- phone time….

It's a brand new partnership with lots of moving parts. They'll need some time to get everything sorted.
