Does anyone have any experience with how long the 20% bonus status credits take to appear in your FF account? On the website it says 72 hours, but I flew QF1/2 in August/September and am still awaiting them. I have called twice now and no luck.
What travel class were you in? Mine appeared 48 hours after when in Biz but about month after when flying in PE. This was on QF 7/8 to Dallas. I also called (only once) regarding my missing points but got onto the crappy South African call centre and they didn’t help

Considering how expensive the premium cabins are with QF are right now, they should just give everyone their points. Sorry I couldn’t help.
