I'm a software engineer / founder who wants to improve business travel by automating aspects of the booking process.
Seems to me like innovation hasn't really happened in this space in a long time, they brought in self-serve corporate travel agents, approval flows, etc. but it's all basically the same thing as before, you just have to do all the stuff the CTAs used to do (Which was frankly a win, because the CTAs my business used weren't that good at their job and it cost a ridiculous amount to use them).
