Has anyone noticed the Qantas Chauffeur Drive that was announced earlier in the year offering complementary transfers to DXB, LHR, LAX, DFW, JFK, JNB, and SCL now only applies to DXB, LHR, LAX and DFW? Qantas now say "Chauffeur Drive will be extended to other international flights greater than 12 hours long progressively in 2014", meaning JFK, SCL & JNB are excluded for the time being. Any idea of the reason for this?

Off my memory, it was always planned to be a staggered implementation... most likely to allow some time to 'fix any issues'' that arise from the intial destinations. I would think JFK would be eligible as LAX is the first port.
