If you both have iphones, you can check-in both of you. You will be prompted to provide the other passengers mobile number. To answer your question, no, your card will only check yourself in. Avoid the potential stress and use the kiosk or iphone passbook app. Works for me.

Thanks, in that case we'll OLCI the night before as we'll have Internet and printer access, and use printouts to board.
