Hope you are reading this. Thank you for the article "Sky's the limit in airline battle" on 23 Nov in the Fairfax papers explaining the differences between the Qantas Sale Act and the Air Navigation Act.
One question however lingers...How has the government allowed such an unequal and tilted framework to exist?
What is the role of our competition regulator in streamlining and affecting weak frameworks?
It seems fundamental to me...
