I am travelling to Europe with Emirates. Is my Qantas Club membership valid at Qantas, Emirates and partner airline lounges in Dubai, Singapore, Rome, Prague and Nairobi.
QP is only valid at actual Qantas lounges. I do not expect it to be valid for any lounge at any city you have listed except Singapore, and at SIN you will only have access to the QFi lounge.
You can get in to the Emirates business lounge in Concourse A only in Dubai, and the Qantas lounge in Singapore with QP. In Prague there is no Emirates lounge, if you are in J then they let you in the Menzies lounge, but otherwise QP does nothing. As for Nairobi and Rome, I would say QP won't get you in anywhere (the only Emirates lounge in the world you can use QP in is Dubai concourse A).

I believe it will get you in to an EK lounge in Dubai, but not worldwide like a Gold Membership could. Can someone elaborate on this point?

QC members can access the EK Business lounge at Dubai if travelling on QF or EK service.
