I understand Oneworld Sapphire cannot access Qantas domestic lounges.

Does anyone know if Qantas are consistent about this, or have they been allowed entry with their Sapphire card? (I have Finnair Gold)

Hi jamieavenger.  Qantas are consistent in that as a OWS you are allowed into the domestic Qantas Club lounges, but not into the Domestic Business lounges.  They are a OWE lounge.  It can be a little confusing because they are called "business" lounges.
