According to QANTAS agents website, QANTAS has dumped chauffeur drive for first and business customers to LAX and DFW from June 2014. Chauffeur drive to DXB and LHR remains.

You are correct driley28, transport must be booked by 9th June for travel up to 30th June, after that the service will be discontinued on those routes.
