I recently booked a stay with Agoda via velocity and was awarded 22,831,374 points plus a platinum bonus of 100,000 points. It was unfortunately corrected before I could spend them (joke), but wondering if anyone else has had a similar "problem"?
A relative got a few hundred million (sic!) points awarded and then revoked later in the day. I wasn't sure they were allowed to remove them from an account without permission.
