Regarding Qantas frequent flyer points - If booking through travel agent how best to do it? Missed out on business class travel & contacted Frequent flyer customer service but got a lot of rudeness not help.

If you fliew Qantas and did not have the points credited - you do not need to ring the Service Centre. Log into your Qantas Frequent Fyer account - go to summary page then click on "Claim missing points" and fill in the details. You need to know your flight details - ie flight number and date - and If you haven't kept your flight details ask your agent for them. It usually only takes a few days for them to be credited.
In future make sure that you instrruct your travel agent to keep your ff number on file and enter it for all bookings. When you check in - check that your ff number is on your boarding pass - if not - then your agent is not following your instructions and find an agent who will provide the service you want.
