Which rewards Credit Card or Scheme would you recommend?

Which rewards Credit Card or Scheme would you recommend?

I am looking at getting a new Credit Card with Rewards and would like

help deciding which is my best option.

I would prefer one that offers free travel insurance, and decent flexibility with Airlines. I have a bit of a preference for Virgin and Middle Eastern Airlines as far as products go, and my dream has always been to fly Business Class with Virgin Atlantic so I can have High Tea in the skies! HAHA

As for where I will be flying mostly:

For leisure: To Europe and within Europe

&

Will be relocating to the USA next year so I guess I will be flying within the USA a fair bit.

I hope my question isn't too broad, and I realize there won't be a one size fits all solution.
